Crock Pot Kielbasa and Sauerkraut


Crock Pot Kielbasa and Sauerkraut
Ingredients
  • 1 pound Kielbasa, cut into ¾ inch thick slices
  • 2 pounds sauerkraut
  • 5 slices bacon
  • 2 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 1 medium onion sliced
Instructions
  1. Cook bacon until crisp transfer to paper towels to drain. Reserve drippings in the pan. Crumble bacon when cool.
  2. Saute onions in the bacon drippings until transparent. Remove onions and drain on paper towels.
  3. Combine sauerkraut onion, brown sugar, bacon  and kielbasa in crock pot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 - 6 hours.
